CIT was responsible for obtaining planning permission and the subsequent delivery of this mixed-use development. A combination of new build and restoration (of the former Chelsea Arts Club), the development offers seven private apartments where buyers have a choice of three notable designs by Nina Campbell, 1508 London and Rachel Winham. The project was completed in 2014 and has been fully sold.
