The acquisition of South Bank Tower built on CIT’s extensive development expertise on the South Bank. The scheme, completed in 2016, rises 41 storeys above the Thames and comprises a mixed-use development of 191 luxury apartments, 220,000 sq.ft. of office space and 36,000 sq.ft. of retail space.
CIT purchased South Bank Tower (formerly King's Reach Tower) without planning in a joint venture with Jadwa Investment in June 2010, and delivered a residential, retail and office redevelopment.
