Landmark planning approval granted for former Park Lane Mews hotel (W1)
CIT have successfully secured planning consent at Park Lane Mews, the latest collaboration between CIT & Bain Capital Credit. The former hotel will be transformed into a world-class luxury lifestyle boutique hotel and 16 prime residential apartments, situated in the heart of Mayfair’s hidden gem, Shepherd Market. Due for completion in 2025.
