Broadridge Financial expands at 12 Arthur Street

Broadridge Financial, a leading global technology business, has confirmed its commitment to 12 Arthur Street (EC4), by extending the term on its existing space, as well as acquiring a further two floors.

Broadridge Financial will occpy the 2nd, 3rd and 6th floors in Arthur Street (EC4), comprising approximately 30,000 sq ft of premium Grade A office space, in total. The transaction follows recent lettings to London Councils and Union Bank of India.

12 Arthur Street recently underwent comprehensive refurbishment to include a newly remodelled reception lobby, new Cat-A specification with all new M&E services and a state of the art end-of-trip facility, designed by award-winning Morrow + Lorraine Architects.

Around 10,200 sq ft of newly refurbished fitted space on the 5th floor of the building is set to be launched to market imminently.
