SIXTY SLOANE welcomes another tenant!

9.12.2024

Savills, on behalf of Bain Capital and CIT, has let 23,503 sq ft (2,184 sq m) to Oakley Capital Limited, on the first floor at SIXTY SLOANE, Chelsea (SW3).

Oakley Capital Limited, a pan-European private equity firm specialising in technology, education, consumer and business services investments, has renewed its long-term commitment to Chelsea, signing a new 15-year lease at an undisclosed rent.

Savills says that the deal reflects the quality of the building and the scarcity of high-quality large floor plates in London’s West End. SIXTY SLOANE, with a façade originally designed by CW Stephens – the same architect as Harrods – comprises 91,125 sq ft (8,465 sq m) of fully-refurbished office space over four floors and a further 36,000 sq ft (3,345 sq m) of retail and leisure space, with the latter occupied by fitness and private members club, KX.

The third floor has already been let to Arrow Shipping Ltd, taking the building to just over 50% let or under offer.

Freddie Corlett, Director in Savills West End agency team, comments: “Oakley Capital Limited is set to find stunning new office space at SIXTY SLOANE; the elegantly refurbished space provides high quality, flexible floorplates – the largest in the area.”

Newmark and NCM Projects acted jointly for Oakley Capital Limited.
