Mosh joined CIT in 2025 and is involved in the acquisition of new opportunities and the asset management of the existing portfolio.

Prior to joining CIT, Mosh worked across investment and asset management roles within private real estate platforms, with experience underwriting residential and mixed-use opportunities, supporting transaction execution and analysing asset performance.

Mosh holds a BA (Hons) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, where he specialised in real estate finance, land law and planning policy.
