SIXTY SLOANE

The restoration and refurbishment of a landmark building in Chelsea, formerly known as 60 Sloane Avenue, into Grade A office space.

Marking the fourth successful collaboration between CIT and Bain Capital Credit, 60 Sloane Avenue will receive an extensive restoration, giving this landmark building a new lease of life, whilst retaining the original façade and integrity of the building’s heritage and architecture. Originally developed in 1911 as Harrods’ motor car garage and workshop, this prestigious building has a striking Edwardian Baroque façade and will comprise over 90,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. In addition, there will be over 36,000 sq ft of retail space, spread across four retail units and a large leisure unit, currently occupied by fitness and private members club, KX. SIXTY SLOANE is due to achieve practical completion in 2024.
