With over a decade of experience in London’s high-end residential property market, Sam has played a key role in the sales and marketing of some of the capital’s most prestigious developments. His career to date has been predominantly agency-side, with extensive knowledge of buyer behaviours, the importance of delivering a seamless customer journey, and the critical role of high-quality product in driving sales success.

Prior to joining CIT, in 2025, Sam was part of the New Homes sales team at Knight Frank, where he advised a wide range of UK and international clients, including developers, private buyers, and institutional investors. His in-depth market knowledge, combined with his ability to shape and deliver sales strategies for complex, high-value schemes, has made him a trusted figure in the industry—particularly in the Central London prime residential sectors.

Sam brings a global perspective to his work, having consistently engaged international buyers and navigated cross-border transactions across key overseas markets.
