We are delighted to announce that our residential development – one of London’s great landmarks – has now sold all of its 76 residences.

In addition to its 67 Grade I Listed apartments and 9 garden villas, Regent’s Crescent – which overlooks Regent’s Park – is home to one of London’s largest resident amenities and comprises over 9,000 sq ft of entertainment, spa and business facilities. It is the only new build in the country with Grade I Listed status.

Originally commissioned in 1820 by the Prince Regent, later George IV, and designed by famed architect John Nash, Regent’s Crescent has been heralded as one of the ‘finest examples’ of heritage renovation.

Due to bomb damage sustained during WWII, retaining the Grade I listed façade was not viable so, following extensive consultation and research, it was demolished and rebuilt – becoming the only Grade I listed façade to be rebuilt in the UK.

The scheme was officially launched in 2019 with Savills and Knight Frank instructed as joint agents for the residential element.

Set across five storeys in ‘unparalleled luxury living’, prices at the fully-gated development ranged between £2,900,000 and £21,450,000. As well as appealing to UK professionals with a longstanding relationship with the area, the elite residential complex has also had widespread international appeal.

One of the Grade I listed crescent facades, which were designed by John Nash and characterise Regent’s Park, have been reconstructed using some traditional techniques. Behind it sits a very different building, with a new contemporary design providing residences and amenities to an exacting standard for the prime London market.

Surrounded by private gardens, residents of the apartments and garden villas benefit from ceiling heights of up to 4.25m, a 24 hour concierge and security service, secure underground valet parking and on-site storage.
