CIT completes off-market acquisition of 10-14 Garrett Street, EC1

CIT has completed on the off-market acquisition of 10-14 Garrett Street, EC1, a freehold grade II listed building located just off Whitecross Street and in close proximity to Old Street.
Built around 1897 as a multi-storey stable for the Whitbread Brewery, it was most recently owned and occupied by Travis Perkins.
