CIT has completed on the off-market acquisition of 10-14 Garrett Street, EC1, a freehold grade II listed building located just off Whitecross Street and in close proximity to Old Street.
Built around 1897 as a multi-storey stable for the Whitbread Brewery, it was most recently owned and occupied by Travis Perkins.
Toby Croft, Director, CIT said “10-14 Garrett Street is an excellent addition to our portfolio and we are excited to be a part of the next stage of this heritage building’s life. This is an area we know well given our significant nearby development of HYLO and we are committed to the Old Street district which we believe will continue to go from strength to strength.”
Compton advised CIT, Stirling Ackroyd advised Travis Perkins.
