SIXTY SLOANE welcomes first occupier

23.07.2024

We are delighted to announce that SIXTY SLOANE will be welcoming its first tenant, Arrow Shipping, following the successful refurbishment of this landmark building in Chelsea. Originally developed in 1911 as Harrods’ motor car garage and workshop, this prestigious building has a striking Edwardian Baroque façade and comprises over 90,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. Benefitting from excellent natural light, generous ceiling heights and very spacious floorplates each spanning circa 20,000 sq ft, SIXTY SLOANE is an unparalleled commercial offering in London’s esteemed SW3 neighbourhood. SIXTY SLOANE has been carefully designed by award winning architects, Squire and Partners, to create a leading prime office scheme with exceptional floor space, unrivalled in the area.

Advised by CBRE, Arrow Shipping Ltd will occupy the entirety of the third floor, totalling 22,641 sq ft. Space is available in the building from 10,000 sq ft.

In addition, SIXTY SLOANE also comprises over 36,000 sq ft of retail space, spread across four retail units and a large leisure unit, occupied by fitness and private members club, KX.

The successful refurbishment and leasing of the building further strengthens CIT’s proven track record of delivering high quality commercial schemes, and marks the fourth successful collaboration between Bain Capital Credit and CIT.

Richard Boyle from Bain Capital Credit commented:

“This letting to Arrow Shipping is both a further endorsement of the appeal of SIXTY SLOANE and highlights the crucial role that best-in-class offices play in creating the right space for talent and businesses to thrive.”

We are thrilled to welcome Arrow Shipping to the building following the recent completion of the refurbishment works, which have given this iconic landmark building a new lease of life, whilst retaining the original façade and integrity of the building’s heritage and architecture.
