Park Lane Mews Hotel

The redevelopment of a new luxury hotel on the site of the former Park Lane Mews hotel in Shepherd Market, Mayfair (W1).

Following a joint venture between Bain Capital Credit and Orka Investments Limited of the former Park Lane Mews hotel in Shepherd Market, Mayfair, CIT have been appointed as development managers to successfully deliver this mixed-use scheme. CIT successfully secured planning consent in August 2023 to transform the former hotel into a world-class luxury lifestyle boutique hotel and 16 prime residential apartments. The entire scheme is due to achieve practical completion in 2025.
