Tom joined CIT from real estate consultancy King Sturge in 2010, where he advised public and private sector clients on structuring and viability of development and investment opportunities across the UK.
At CIT, he focuses on the analysis and underwriting of new and existing projects, and leads a team of analysts to provide in-house cashflow modelling, analysis and investor reporting. Tom holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and is an Approved Person under FCA regulations.
