HYLO (formerly Finsbury Tower) achieves practical completion
Nestled between Old Street and Moorgate, the former 1960s building has been transformed into a high-tech high rise tower. HYLO comprises 261,000 sq ft of premium office space across 28 floors, 17,000 sq ft of retail and four landscaped roof gardens totalling an additional 11,443 sq ft.
